Replace unsafe and rusted stairs

A commercial location needed to replace some rusted and unsafe stairs at their loading dock. They did not have the time or the contractors available to build something unique to them and it did not fit any “off the shelf” stairs.

This solution was shipped to the customer in a near fully assembled state making it easy and quick to complete the assembly.

The customer was using outside resources who had never assembled any Mechano Max products before and had basic skills and tools.

Mechano Max designed a solution that provides safe and efficient access to the inverter and was quick to install to minimize downtime during assembly.

We take stairs for granted until we do not trust them anymore. Anything can be replaced unless we do not have the people available. Mix those to together and stairs that can’t be trusted and are not getting replaced. That is more than a safety problem, when it is a busy loading dock it is a productivity and profit problem.

During the Mechano Max process the solutions are built up in the shop. All parts and assemblies are checked and detailed instructions are validated by the build team. The team then disassembles the solutions for optimal transportation efficiency.

Here our expertise can be applied to find the best fit between efficient shipping and faster install. We prioritize based on each customer and their applications unique needs.

When a customer needs the solution to be installed as fast as possible and with minimally skilled resources with the most basic of tools , we have the solution for that. The build team strategically disassembles the solution to meet the exactly priority for rapid assembly. It then gets packed with the remaining parts and expedited to the customer along with the detailed instructions.
