In contrast scaffold is just stacked and connected. When it is connected to surrounding objects it is mostly for stability as it is not designed to be supported independently.
Handrails, kickplate and gratings can easily be removed for increased access when servicing equipment or performing repairs or replacement. Removing components is quick and easy. Once completed, they are bolted back in place, re-torqued and fully safe

Mechano Max solutions can be designed in a wide range of sizes limited only by your needs and your application.

Scaffold is typically 4×8 foot sections stacked and connected. To make larger platforms more stacks are used and bolted together to make the larger size.

We custom design to meet your exact needs and space. This means our solutions provide high efficency, fast assembly and are very cost effective in any sizes or configurations.

For placement on gravel, rooftops or other unstable surfaces, Mechano Max uses large rubber bases to distribute post loads.

Mechano Max components are fully galvinized steel for use in all conditions and all environments for indoor and outdoor use. Corrosion resistance is excellent as pre-engineered components are fully galvanzed when manufctured.

Components can be painted and coated if required for any application specific needs.
